Being I've spent the last 2 Months trying to get an answer from the mentally challenged representatives that get to eat on my sales fees, and NONE of them are worth paying to pick up dog **** they're so ignorant, so I've been begging to speak with supervisors who will do NOTHING about it but send LIES saying the same phone I'm using with all of the countless reps doesn't have service. PATHETIC doesn't say half of it.
Ebay has brought this upon itself for the Lying Supervisors sending emails saying they tried to call but it they didn't have the right number, or my phone service wasn't working. Lying either way they can because their Too Lazy to do their jobs to help a good seller.
If you expect help from ebay, expect the mentality of WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PICTURE. NOTHING LESS. EVERYTIME for MONTHS now, and still NOTHING but less than mentally challenged reps that don't know **** about anything, yet are trained to be fully confident in their ignorance.
And for EVERYONE working at eBay, this is what your customer service degrades your platform's name to look like to the very people that make the business for you. Don't argue with someone that's been on the phone everyday all morning long for two months with reps and supervisors who don't know ****.
You earned it Ebay. "But wait...there's More!"......for anyone wanting to test the mental capacity of those Idiots, just take into consideration I called FIVE TIMES with FIVE DIFF REPS & NONE of them Could tell me how to put an item in my store category.
Another one with managed payments tried to convince me that the excel spreadsheet that "EBAY PROVIDES" should be taken to my accountant to know which gross amount to use before deducting fees. You hear that right, my accountant. No matter how much I told her how ignorant it sounded and was complete bs, she even insisted that "her supervisor" would tell me the same thing. I let her know quick if her supervisor was that ignorant I would close my store instantly. The supervisor thought she was insane, but yet she still works for them and gets paid with our seller's fees & can't help if we need help because they're too ******** ignorant.
I could go on with stories all day displaying the level of ignorance, but that will be saved for the post I'll make tomorrow in another category. If 100 reps can't get you to a supervisor that won't lie because they're too ******* lazy to do their jobs or take responsibility for the moron reps under them, hopefully I'll find someone that's had to deal with their bs before and will know a way to get Above a "Supervisor". Do that, and it will be the easiest 0 you've ever made for just sending a message.
